Case No. PB-16-117 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGALEE BAKER You are hereby notified that on the 21 day of April, 2016, the Petitioner, Tony Claunch, 6416 Sudbury Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration for Probate, Issuance of Letters of Administration, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees. The Petitioner has alleged that Georga Lee Baker, 80, died on the 27th day of November, 2015, domiciled in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and formerly residing at 785 Camelot Drive, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, and that the total value of the Decedents property in Oklahoma is estimated at less than $100,000.00. It is alleged the Decedent died intestate. The Petitioner has asked this Court to dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order summary proceedings for probate pursuant to Title 58 O.S. 2012 §245 et seq. By virtue of the intestacy statutes of the State of Oklahoma, Petitioner has prior right to the appointment as personal representative of the Estate of Georgalee Baker. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for Hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration for Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Further, Petitioner, Tony Claunchs, Petition for Summary Administration for Probate, Issuance of Letters of Administration, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees, states the following person(s) have an interest in the estate as heirs, devisees and/or legatees: (i) Janie Claunch, 9816 Hefner Village Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162; (ii) James Edward Brewer, 42040 Lindsey, Plymouth, Michigan 48170; (iii) Gwenda Lynn Brewer, 6553 Mallard Lane, Lothian, Maryland 20711; (iv) Thomas Robert Sappington, 5125 Red River Drive, Arlington, Texas 76017; (v) John Sappington, 900 West Avenue F, Midlothian, Texas 76065; and (vi) Delana Sappington Greenfield, 316 Bryan Place, Cedar Hill, Texas 75104. The following additional persons may have an interest in the estate as contingent heirs, devisees and/or legatees: (i) Tony D. Claunch, 6416 Sudbury Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162; (ii) Thomas Neal Claunch, 2241 NW 16th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105; (iii) Mitchell Dean Claunch, 4701 Holiday Place, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112; (iv) Candi Lynn Claunch, 9816 Hefner Village Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162; (v) Joe Arthur Claunch, 1434 NW 40th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73118; and (vi) Todd Alan Claunch, 5545 North Shawnee Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Georga Lee Baker, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to the Petitioner, Tony Claunch, c/o Klingenberg & Associates, P.C., 330 N.W. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73103, on or before the 3 day of June, 2016, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that the final hearing will be held on the 20 day of June, 2016, at 8:30 oclock a.m. at the Cleveland County Courthouse, located at 200 South Peters Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma 73069, before the Honorable Judge Bonner. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration for Probate and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of the Petition.
