NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests an order from the Commission shutting-in the following wells in the West Short Junction Unit and Central Short Junction Unit in Cleveland County, Oklahoma: (1) WSJU NO. 117 - SW/4 SECTION 13-10N-4W (2) WSJU NO. 215 - SE/4 SECTION 20-10N-3W (3) WSJU NO. 146- NE/4 SECTION 22-10-4W (4) WSJU NO. 111 - SE/4 SECTION 15-10N-4W In the event that the Commission determines that some, or all, of the described wells have been improperly commingled there should be required an evaluation of the damage to the non-unitized formations; and, the Unit Operator of the WSJU and/or CSJU should be required to perform remedial operations within any such wellbore to isolate the non-unitized formations from the over-pressured unitized interval to avoid further waste. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M., on the 29th day of February, 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
