(Published in The Norman Transcript April 21, 25, 2016, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID NUMBER 1516-60 The City of Norman, Oklahoma, will receive sealed bids in the office of the City Controller, Purchasing Division, City of Norman, 201-C West Gray, Norman, Oklahoma 73069, until 2:00 P.M., May 12, 2016, for the following: All bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked with the following statement: BID 1516-60 CDBG – Disaster Relief Project 1: GC0061, GC0062, & GC0063 Project 2: GC0060 & GC0065 BID 1516-60 is for two (2) separate contracts, K-1516-145 & K-1516-146. Bidders are allowed to bid on one or both of the listed projects. Should one bidder be awarded both contracts, concurrent construction will be required. If the bidder cannot complete concurrent construction, the next best bidder will be awarded the contract. All bids must be submitted to the City Controller, Purchasing Division. All bids will then be opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. at the above location and date. All labor shall be paid no less than Oklahoma Prevailing Wage in accordance with the Federal Davis-Bacon Act (Title 40 U.S.C.
