On 5/16/16 at 2:00 p.m., Petitioner will present to the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, before the Honorable Walkley, its Verified Petition For Order Vacating and Foreclosing Easement Closed by Ordinance, which seeks an order foreclosing the right of the City of Norman to reopen a drainage easement located in part of Lots Five (5) and Lot Six (6) of Block One (1) in University North Park Section VI, Norman, Oklahoma (the Easement) that was previously closed by Ordinance No. O-1516-35.
