Case No. PB-2010-334 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Paul Richard Wisdom, deceased, that on the 13th day of April, 2016, Philip W. Redwine filed a Petition to Sell Real Property requesting approval of a contract for the sale of real property located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to wit: Tract #2:A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Four (4) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, THENCE N00–00’E, along the East Lien of said Northeast Quarter, 1191.33 feet; THENCE S90º00’W, 1792.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S90º00’W, 847.22 feet to a point on the West Line of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE S00º01’W, along said West Line, 605.48 feet; THENCE S50º38’E, 172.30 feet; THENCE S46º19’E, 445.79 feet; THENCE S44º01’E, 275.13 feet; THENCE N45º59’E, 278.80 feet; THENCE N00º00’E, 1027.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said Tract contains 18.55 Acres, more or less. Together with a 50.00 feet Road Easement described as follows: A strip of land lying 25.00 feet either side of line beginning 25.00 feet North of the SE Corner of said NE/4; Thence N 89º 58’ 05” W and parallel to the South line of said NE/4 a distance of 1286.28 feet; Thence N 50º 59’ 03” W a distance of 427.54 feet; Thence S 76º 16’ 30” W a distance of 151.59 feet. LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas and other minerals previously conveyed and SUBJECT TO all easements, rights-of-way and restrictions of record, and further excepting all rights to sand, gravel, coal, and all other substances excluding only oil and gas and other minerals previously conveyed. Together with (i) any interest of Seller in any strips or gores of land, if any, adjoining or abutting Tract #2, whether owned or claimed by deed or otherwise, and whether or not located inside or outside Tract #2, and (ii) any and all easements benefitting Tract #2 and other appurtenances to Tract #2. Notice is hereby given that the 7th day of June, 2016, at 9 o’clock a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
