(Published in The Norman Transcript April 16, 2016, 1t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN RE: Application of Deana Allen, Chief of Police for the City of Lexington, for Disposition of Personal Property Case No. CV-2016-810 NOTICE OF HEARING FOR AN ORDER TO AUTHORIZE THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE CITY OF LEXINGTON TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PERSONAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Chief of Police of the City of Lexington, Oklahoma is in lawful possession of unclaimed items of personal property and that said property has been in the possession of the Lexington Chief of Police for many years. THEREFORE, pursuant to 11 O.S. § 34-104 and the City of Lexington Municipal Code of Ordinances, the Chief of Police made Application to the District Court of Cleveland County for a hearing to authorize the disposition of said personal property more specifically described on Exhibit “A”. Said hearing will be in Judge Schumacher’s Courtroom in the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma at 1:30 o’clock p.m. on the 24th day of May, 2016. Anyone wishing to object must appear and make argument against such disposition by providing identification of their person and ownership of any of the listed items of personal property.
