Case No. PB 2016-104 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To: All persons interest in the Estate of Carolyn Lee Lamb, Deceased. You are hereby notified that on the 6th day of April, 2016. The Petitioner, Gay Lenz, Edmond, Oklahoma 73044 and Joyce A. Good, Attorney, P.O. Box 6352, Moore, OK 73153, Attorney for Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator. The Petitioner has alleged that Carolyn Lee Lamb, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma died testate on January 30, 2016, domiciled in and residing in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and that the total value of the Decedent’s property in not over $135,000.00. In an Order for Combined Notice entered on the 7th day of April, 2016, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, devisees, and legatees, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Carolyn Lee Lamb, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Gay Lenz, Special Administrator, at the law offices of Joyce A. Good, Attorney, P.O. Box 6352, Moore, OK 73153, addressed to Joyce A. Good, Attorney, for the special administrator, on or before the following presentment. The claim of any creditor not shown in the Petition, will be barred unless the claim is presented to the special administrator or attorney on or before a date certain at least thirty (30) days following the filing of the combined notice or the same will be forever barred. All expenses and creditors have been paid. This matter shall be set for hearing not less than forty-five (45) following the first publication of notice to creditors or combined notice. Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 6th day of June, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters, Norman, Oklahoma, before judge Stephen W. Bonner At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution will be filed herein on or before the 23rd day of May, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition of Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney, Joyce A. Good, P.O. Box 6352, Moore, OK 73153, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) day before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed to whom the estate will be distributed. s/ Joyce A.
