Joyce Legal Daughter 8116 Macgregor Arlington, TX 76002 The Petitioner has alleged that the total value of the Decedents property in Oklahoma is $87,686.47. The Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an order for Combined Notice entered on the 12th day of April, 2016, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the final accounting and petition for determination of heirs and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Bobby George Bethel and Vineta Arlene Bethel, Both Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Krista J.
